Project Overview
Sandy Park hotel is a £40 Million project for a 250-bed Marriot Hotel located in Exeter. The hotel, adjoined to the existing rugby club via a new glazed bridge, is to feature a range of leisure facilities, a formal restaurant, and a rooftop cocktail bar over its 9 storeys. The hotel also offers a range of coffee and bar areas, with a featured sky bar and restaurant located on the 8th floor, with views of the sea to the south-east and the river Exe.
