Project Overview
Tirdeunaw Primary School Development is a brand new teaching facility on Heol Gwyrosydd Rd, Swansea.
Completed in November 2021, the modern and efficient school will house around 600 concurrent students and provide a safe and well designed environment for learning. The on-site facilities also provide opportunities to the local residents as a location for community and sports uses with it’s ample parking and large external spaces.
An energy conscious building, it has a 100m² array of roof mounted Photovoltaic (PV) Panels providing over 15,000 kWh/annum, as well as provision for on-site EV charging. This had allowed it to achieve a rating of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC of ‘A’, a great achievement for a school designed with the future in mind.
